Why I Started Insight Financial Group
For more than 20 years, I’ve worked in finance and accounting. I was part of the finance leadership team that took two companies public on the NYSE, supported boards with reporting and forecasting, and helped manage more than $500 million in revenue and expenses.
Along the way, I noticed a pattern. The leaders who made the best decisions weren’t always the ones with the biggest teams. They were the ones who understood the story behind their numbers.
Most small organizations never get that insight. A full-time CFO is out of reach, and most outsourced bookkeeping stops at recording what already happened. No one explains what the numbers mean or where they’re pointing.
I started Insight Financial Group to change that. I see this work as a gift I’ve spent two decades developing, and I want to put it to work for leaders who are building something that matters.
